Is there a membership fee?
Membership is for free. You may be a member of our store now for free in order to shop, to be informed of the campaigns and to benefit from all Bookglobal.net services. Click here for free membership.
What should I do if the products delivered are out of order or damaged?
All Bookglobal.net products are official press labeled. If you think that the defect is production originated, please inform our customer service first and fill in the order-aid form, so that you may track all the procedures followed online.

ATTENTION! Please do not take the delivery of the damaged, torn packages containing broken DVD, Video, VCD, MC ect. resulted by the cargo service and report it immediately to the delivery person. Otherwise the damage caused by the cargo firm, yet not proved so has to be charged from the customer.

Bookglobal.net is going to contact his 3rd party partner, shipper with your report and clarify the situation. And if necessary the loss is going to be charged from the them. Please note that Bookglobal.com may ask for evidence (photograph, documents ect.) from his customers.
How much is the shipping fee?
For International Orders, the price of the DHL shipment is automatically calculated according to the weight of the commodity and added to your order cost.
For International Orders, the customs regulations of the country which the orders are delivered to are valid. Should a customs fee is required then it is going to be covered by the customer.
Orders worth 125 million TL and above from KKTC do not require shipping fee. But 20 million TL is added to the cost for orders with less amount.

When do I receive the order?
The orders are shipped in three work days. They are delivered by the shipper within 1-3 days depending on the distance of the delivery address to Turkey.

ATTENTION
Due to circumstances where Bookglobal.net needs to reproduce the Video, DVD, VCD, MC ect., this procedure takes 2 work days, hence the commodity is delivered within 5 work days.

In case of late delivery you will be contacted through your membership info, so please make sure they are given correctly.
Do the products have guarantee?
Bookglobal.net is the official internet store of the works of HY. Customer satisfaction is highly important for us and to serve our customers with maximum quality and reliance is our publication policy.

How do I shop?

You have to be a member of Bookglobal.com in order to be able shop. Membership is for free. After you have become a member add the items you would like to purchase to your cart by clicking “Add to Cart” button. Once you confirm the number of products you need to buy click the "Check out" button and after giving your delivery address and invoice information correctly click “buy it” .

If you are going to pay with a credit card, please enter your credit card information and click “payment with credit card” button. When the credit card is approved “replace the order page will appear on the screen, and you will receive an e-mail with the order description on.

If you do not prefer to do the payment with your credit card, you may use “"Faks Ordering ","Wire Transfer" buttons which are placed at the bottom of the page. For fax ordering you should fax the signed document with your credit card information and order number on to + 90 212 320 8607 within 3 work days.
But if you prefer “wire transfer” then you should transfer the amount to one of our bank accounts within 5 work days and need to inform us of the deduction no.

Do I have to pay with a credit card?
One of the payment methods Bookglobal.net accepts is with credit cards. But you may also use “Fax Ordering” and “Wire transfer”
1-Fax Order
Click on the “Fax Order” button, fill in the form that appears on the screen and fax it to +90 212 320 8607. After the given information is checked, you will receive an confirmation e-mail.
2- Wire Transfer
If you prefer Wire Transfer you should transfer the order amount to one of our bank accounts and inform us of the deduction no. If this is not realized within two days, your order is going to be cancelled.

What should I do if an item is missing?
In case of a missing item, please contact us through +90 (0212) 320 86 00 or inform us using “Contact Us” form. The missing item will be delivered without any additional shipping fee.
Note: The products are checked, signed and their content forms are filled at our packaging service before being delivered to you.

I need to return an item, what should I do?

Please state your return demand with a cause through “Contact Us” within 5 days of delivery. If your demand is approved by the store management, send the whole product including the original package, all the documents ect. to our address. After we receive the product in its original condition with the invoice copies, we will refund the payment within 2 work days. This will be reflected to your bank account in 1-6 weeks.
